Apple Pie Oats

Good morning! 

Here's a healthy breakfast recipe, and it's so simple! Just throw it all in the crock pot and done! Perfect for meal planning as well :) 


-1 cup steel cut oats 
- 3 diced apples
- 1 cup Apple juice
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low until it reaches the consistency you like. 

I also added 1 tsp brown sugar to my bowl to sweeten it up a little more, you can use a sweetener of your choice or none at all :)
